Changing "Board Rules" title

Forgive me if this question has already been asked (searched for it but couldn't find the topic): I want to change the "Board Rules" link to say "Board Rules and Terms and Conditions." How do I do this? This is probably easy, isn't it?

Go to Admin CP >> Languages || Language Editor (tab)

It should be in the language file.
Control Panel » Languages » Language Editor
Open the generic file and edit the one that says board_rules
