I am currently trying to put together a member list for my iContact Database and when I use the advance search options and tell it not to include members who were banned it still includes them ?

You can see the red "yes" on the accounts, yet I tell it, "No" for banned members, how do I sort this out.

It works correctly for me.
What version are you using?
And what other search criteria.

7.5.5

I try any combination and it doesn't work basically keeps repeating the same list.

If i tell it full members, no banned it's the same list with or without and I still see a banned member in the list

I try several combinations and it seems to forward the same results regardless

There is no such thing as full member.
What does that mean. Is it a custom member group?

Yes that is our custom group...

But it doesn't matter, if I tell it no one that is banned be included, banned people still come up, and I tell it to list everyone but banned people and banned people are still in the list.

We have custom member names, I can tell it to only give me commercial members and it will, or only give me members in the Subscription Online Training area and it will, but if I say, no banned members, they appear.

Well, I just tried a custom group but it has limited exposure to a query. But it works fine.
Possibly you have something that needs to be addressed with a trouble ticket. Maybe you have some database items that need to be cleaned up from prior versions.
