Well not this if you don't want to, but...... I was asked by my Board of Directors to see if there was a way to force people to read one post in a forum BEFORE they are able to read any others there..... I know that I can force everyone to read and agree to the Board's rules before entering , but this sounds to me like there would need to be a substantial amount of code involved, yes? (no?..maybe?)

Board Rules is the easy way.
Control Panel » Registration Settings
Just type your rules in the board Rules box
and select the check box Force Users to Accept Rules on Next Visit?
Select submit and poof,done

I mentioned that, this would be to preface one particular forum, instead of the entire bbs...

would have to be a modification to stock code
