Hi all. We enabled our error log files and, when checked today, we have maybe 100+ references to

"Line: Unable to connect to the database! - User kickasor_ubb already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections"

What is this error and how can it be resolved in UBB?
I've searched the net for answers but have come up with different replies.
Also, can this be the cause of "all of a sudden" being slowed down?

Are you on shared hosting? Generally this means that you have exceeded your hosts allowances.

Yes, we're on Host Monster but there's hardly anyone on (maybe 10 at a time) and no spiders. We're getting throttled quite a bit lately.
