Thought I'd share this tip as I find it quite a useful feature on our forum and it's very simple to implement - no hacking required.
Every forum has a large percentage of visitors that register but never post. To make them easier to identify go to CP > Profile Settings > Member Titles.
- Move all the existing info down one field so that you can overwrite line 1 (Rank # 1).
- If your using the default titles, line 2 (Rank # 2) should now read Min Posts: 0 / Title: Stranger. For this line change Min Posts: from 0 to 1.
- Now, on line 1 (Rank # 1) enter Min Posts: 0 / Title: Reader
Very simple to do and now you can see who are strangers and who are readers in the Who's Online list.
