Does UBB 7.5 have a feature that will notify the moderator of a new member registration?

If your an admin, go to your preferences and click Notify me when a new user registers on the forum. Its at the bottom under Moderator & Administrator Preferences. If you want a moderator to be able to receive you would have to make a modification to allow so

Not sure about global moderators though.

No, that's one of the features that we used a lot with UBB.classic but we couldn't use it when we moved to threads.

If I remember correctly you could just add a CSV e-mail addresses to a field in classic but it doesn't work that way in threads.
