Sorry if this has been addressed but I've been checking back and searching once in a while with no luck. Has there been any progress made on the "Remember Me" feature in Internet Explorer? Our staff are still complaining that they have to log in every time they open their browser (which is sometimes several times a day). It sounded like there was a possible fix but no one has confirmed whether it works or not.
Thank you!

Okay can you let us know what version of ubb you are using. Since there were some fixes implemented. What version of IE?
Also a url to your site would help.

it could also be they have booked marked it was the www, and it should not be, or the other way around.
Hope that gets fixed in V8

We have version 7.5.5 - the site is internal though so I can't provide a link. Is there a fix for this in more recent versions?

Hope that gets fixed in V8 Well that'd be a cross domain cookie issue; the only real way I see that we could "fix" this would be to force every connection to one URL; which a lot of communities use multiple domain names so that'd not really be a good "fix". A real "fix" would be to redirect all users accessing the non-www version of your site to the www version (or vice versa; whatever floats your boat).

Placing your forums within an iframe will also prevent IE from allowing the cookie if the inner and outer frame are different domains. I get that one at least once a month.......

We have IE 8. Sorry I forgot to mention that before. We do have our forums in an iframe, but both frames are the same domain and this issue is ongoing.
