Is there a command I can run to force all users to see the right column via their settings? Some people have it turned off by mistake and don't know it exists. Thanks.

SQL Query
update ubbt_USER_PROFILE
set USER_HIDE_RIGHT_COLUMN=0

should do the trick.

There is also an option in Portal Settings that allows them to turn them off. Make sure you have it unchecked.

You would only do that if you don't people to be able to turn if off.

If you do it this way through control panel, you do not need to run the query. If you want to do it as a reminder that the sidebar is there and available, you would run the query.
