One of my members want to make a sticky post and keep it at the top of a specific forum. But I want to lock it so that no one hijacks it, but the member will need to update the post. Will he be able to make changes to it with it locked?
If not is there some way around that?
I guess I could make him a regular moderator with only privileges to that one forum? I really dont want to do that, but what would be my other options?
