In many polls on online forums that I do, I often provide an "Other (specify)" option. However, based on my experience, most people who choose that option usually do not reply at all, and that is really annoying.
Therefore, I think a good feature to add would be to create polls where voting for a specifc choice (such as an "Other (specify)" option) will force the user to provide a reply to give an explanation for their choice, otherwise their vote will not count.
What does anyone think about this?
