Not sure where the issue is but trying to install and the only thing that passes the permissions check is the includes directory. I have checked and double checked but the rest don't pass the check.
Any suggestions?

Did you chmod all files 666 and all directories 777?

When you say they don't pass, are you talking about the install script. Or it is installed and the permission check in the control panel shows a fail.
I have seen where the directories group is defaulted to some weird number but that would be a host issue.
Probably best to open a support ticket to resolve. Instead of banging your head against the wall all day.

Thanks all, it was on a Linux and apparently my FTP was showing it as being chmod'd right but it wasn't.
