[FIXED in b4] B2: try to login as moderator in a closed forum

when I try to log in a closed forum as moderator (maybe user too) I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object in /home/.../ubb7/libs/ubbthreads.inc.php on line 1612

Login as administrator in a closed forum works well.
