Suddenly we're having problems.

Our header just disappeared. Our "who's online" function was working fine and now it's not.

just now:

UBB Message
File not found: scripts/show.inc.php

Question: Virus? Does it appear as though someone have come in and upload a malicious file as we never got that security patch installed.

We're on 7.5.3. Have NOT uploaded the security patch file (nor the update to 7.5.6 file).

I had just cleared the cache.

I had just adjusted the "Who's Online" display time setting.

We just had a new user join (Canada - no proxy IP detected).

[I'm no longer the regular Admin or Mod. I'm merely going back in to help out. Or try to help out. Hope that i did not screw anything up.)

Hi SirDude,

You are johnny on the spot! I'm going to PM my URL to you.

Having had an insane amount of troll problems over the years i try not to give out any info whatsoever. I don't go by tacks on my (our) forum.

thanks

looks like you lost your config.inc.php and needed to save it back out at least

without looking at your includes directory ( via FTP ), i can't say what more is screwed

but you should definitely apply the security patch and have your site audited, if there is a hack possibility
