Yep I have not done it in a while.
So from memory.
Goto cp> member management build the list you want.
On the bottom you will see a action list.
Select email.
Then select what people you want. All or selected.
Then select the button-Perform selected action
You will then be prompted to save a email file or send.
Then the rest of the options are up to you.
