To be completely honest... the install and such is not very hard if you read the install info (given you can understand how to set file permissions)... most questions can be answered in Gizmo's sticky thread of Install 7.x for dummies (actual title of thread)... and the wiki.. I don't have the links readily available but I am sure Ruben and the other staff can point you in the right direction if you want to give it a shot.... if not or you really just don't feel comfortable then yes several people here offer services to install your board and get it functional for you and even buying the set up plan could be an option if that is the route you want to take.
If you are installing a brand new board. Then the worst that can happen is it does not work. You would not have any existing members that have any issues. Besides learning about how to install and use the software. However if you don't want to be bothered with such then by all means submit a request ticket for installation.
BTW. Express hosting and Mindraven offer free installation if you opt for their services.
