I am one of the dedicated server customers that Rick kept when he split up his hosting company and sold most of it off. He has received some negative press here since the sale, and I have been nervous about continuing.

Today, my site crashed and burned. I was on the road, armed only with my phone, and couldn't really do anything about it. When I got home, I was able to submit a ticket, and Rick responded quickly. He immediately sent me his cell phone number so that I would have it when needed. Then he got to work on the site, and kept me informed of progress via text messaging.

I was very happy with Rick's response time and his handling of the site's problems. We were up and running again in short order.
