We use the subscriptions portion of our site to allow access to our classifieds as well as receive a "member" icon...well. recently we've been getting a lot of early expiring subs and premature terminations.
Eg, a member paid/subscribed on 2/12/2012 and was active for a few days and then the software terminated (eot) the subscription, even though it showed the true eot to be 2/12/2013? Looking at the list of subscriptions, it's done this for several pages worth of subscriptions. Odd thing is, about 1 out of 5 or so seems to have worked correctly?
