It appears as if the server time for my site has gone wonky.

Here's what it looks like in the control panel:


And here's what it looks like on my site:


My two posts (ADWOFF) were done just a little before 2PM CST.

Any idea what's going on?

I am not sure but it looks like you need to give the complete picture.
And what you want it to be.
Your control panel shows your server time is 12:05pm
Then you are subtracting 2 hours making it 10:05am
Assuming your posts are very close in time of viewing and you did not change the setting after your posts.
They show 7:50am so there is another what 2 hour difference.
Then don't forget daylight savings time which could be 1 hour difference and then some places don't go by daylight savings

Then you need to check your profile settings to see if you have another time offset setting change. because as I am in est I could change the offset to match my time.

So lets start over with the control panel offset only.
If you want it to match your time.
First I would goto your profile and make the offset 0.
Then goto the control panel offset. Looks at the server time and adjust the offset to match your cst time.

Also. Your host from whatever time zone they are in or if they use daylight savings just may have the wrong time setting for where they are. Or just corrected it and the posts are existing and would need to be rebuilt.

To figure it out you need to also turn off Show Relative Times in your profile. Once you get it solved you can turn it back on.

Oh! I did forget there also is a Show Relative Timestamps: in the control panel that you may want to turn off temporary to troubleshoot.
