Is there a way to setup a member so that after x posts they get moved to a new group?

ie a new user requires posts to be moderated but after 5 posts they automatically get a member status that doesn't require moderation.

or a new user can't have a signature file (sig spammers are common) but after say 20 posts they can have a sig file

I can set the groups up with those permissions but would manually have to move members into those groups. Can it be done so they automatically get "promoted" after x posts?

FYI.
After you make the change the members will need to make one more post before they get the change.
Meaning you set a group2 to be at 100 posts and a user currently has 150 posts. they don't get promoted till after they make post 151 after you make the changes in the control panel.
