I just noticed that one of my RSS feeds was down.
Firefox 12 on Linux just gave the black page header.
Internet Explorer 8 (Windows) crapped out and 'could not display the page'.
Clicking on the 'more information' link on IE, I got the message that there was an illegal character.
The character is question was ®
I know that this is a fairly standard character, but I am posting in case this is a bug instance that has long gone undiscovered.
(The O.P. is in Eastern Europe if that has relevance.)
