UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Boost Speed PHP on Windows

I know you guys aren't fans of Windows But I'm running two forums on a single Windows box and I think PHP isn't optimized to run as quickly as it could. I'm definitely not a PHP guru. I tried optimizing it several years ago but I've long since forgotten what I tweaked.

Any tips on ways to get this to run more quickly? There are times my forums just chug very slowly.
