Wonder why I can't access my sites www.clubadventist.com when I use one provider, bell.ca but when I plug in my other provider, Rogers, it works fine. Is this some kind of DNS issue?

I did email him a few hours ago. Not sure what time zone he is in. It seems to be working now..

I'd say it's probably a node/dns issue; if you do a Traceroute from your machine to the server (from both connections) it should tell you where it's failing or not...
