I get that infamous:

It looks as if your file attachment size exceeded the max size of 146.88 KB.

Would love to make that larger, since Im always sizing down images to make em work in the post. I run a photography forum, and we post a ton of images obviously. Any thoughts, ideas would be greatly appreciated...Rob

This is set in the forum permissions; each forum has its own setting.

thanks! that was a load...we have so many forums.....but all got done... I doubled the amount to 250400 vs half that...that oughta do it..appreciate it..>R

Just remember that the value is in bytes.
So a 1MB file would be 1,048,576 bytes
your new value of 250,400 = 244.53125 KB or 0.2388 MB

Also keep in mind that users are going to have to load the pages and all of the images; so the more pictures on the page the more bandwidth you'll be burning through.
