We have a new CEO moving from Microsoft who is starting Monday. We are sending out emails, but we also want to post it on the user board.

I would like to do it with a little pizazz. I am sure I can make it a global announcement and lock it, but besides, using different colors and fonts, is there a way to really dress it up?

As a admin you should have html access. Meaning create the page with html and paste the code in the post.
Just be careful you don't break any code tags, paths , etc.

Thanks. Yes, as an admin I guess I could do that, but I think it would be too hard, at least for me. Even for a Microsoft exec.

All you need is a html editor. Even MS word has one.
Then just copy and paste. Excluding things like head,meta,body tags

also don't log off when doing so.
So if you hose it up you could simply use the back button on the browser and delete the post.
