Am currently spending the winter working on sites in Portugal.

Happy Christmas Ian - just couldn't take the UK weather any more, eh? (I'm also on a count-down to a sunnier climate - although I have a little under two years to go... ) nope! Sold up in Essex, and developed a property in Kent. Plan to return to the UK in May to renovate another one. Then back to the continent. Where are you off to?
