"Enable Member Ratings" is disabled in Feature Settings. Some members that have been around for a while have a member rating that isn't editable. Is it possible to get rid of these old "ratings"? The ratings were applied at some point and then "Enable Member Ratings" was disabled at a later point.

I know what you are talking about. But I have never attempted to remove existing ratings.
I would assume it would take some edits in the database.

It was deleted on this site and disabled.
So it could possibly just be a rebuild content item.

I just tried this on a test board and it worked fine by just disable user ratings.UBB7.5.8

You have posted some odd issues in the last few posts.
It might be time to review your installation completely.
possibly you have a mod causing issues, or a file was hacked. Or just have a corrupted file.

I just think it is time to review the installation completely.
You have to many weird issues that should not be happening.
I would start with fresh scripts.
Then file/folder permissions
Then review all the UBB settings and re-save as you review.

It will take a good bit of time.
But time well spent.
