Where there used to be a downloadable demo version, there is no longer one available. The majority of the featureset itself is enabled on this forum, so I believe this forum is to be utilized as a demonstration of what you can do with the product out of the box.
There is also the wiki for more information on how everything works and ubbdev if you're looking at adding in new features manually (which don't yet exist in the downloadable product).
