One feature I'm missing from UBB.C is the ability to add new users from the control panel...
I think some sites still wish to have a "admin adds users and has public registration" capacity, myself, if I need to add something for a friend or new staff ina seperate profile, i'd like to just make the profile and update everything when I have time vs waiting for someone to register and "get to it later"..

Aye I forgot to mention that too. I wanted to add a member by hand and couldn't.
