Hi,

Installing software for the first time and getting the following error on Step 3 Database check, using PHP 5.4.16.

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in /var/www/vhosts/hapai.ie/forum.hapai.ie/install/install.php:500\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/vhosts/hapai.ie/forum.hapai.ie/install/install.php(57):

Any help would be much appreciated.

Your server's error:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect()


It looks like PHP does not have access to the mysql client libraries.
Confirm that your PHP to MySQL communication settings are correct.

Thanks for getting back to me.

We changed PHP from runing as an FPM application served by Apache to a FastCGI application served by Apache and it's now working.
