long time no post...
I did search, but didn't find what I wanted.
how do I change the default search parameters for site search? right now it defaults to anything newer than a week, and I want it to go back further.

Control Panel > Feature Settings > Search (Tab) "Maximum Search Date Range" is what you're looking for

that doesn't change what it defaults to, when I click search, it still says newer than 1 week.
it does say the max is 20 years, but the drop down menu defaults to newer than 1 week
