So now the inline images/attachments are automatically compressed. Does it use the setting from the photo gallery? Did not see anywhere else in the control panel about it.

The setting for attachment resizing and compression is within the "Attachments" section of the Control Panel.

Each item is also documented within that same page. Adjustments, enabling, disabling...etc

Ok thanks, just assumed that was for the photo gallery initially.

The page title is "Attachments"
The description at the top of the page says, "These settings are only needed if you allow image attachments to posts or have gallery forums."

This means that the configuration settings on that "Attachments" page determine what happens when a user uploads image attachments on posts and in galleries to your forum. The rest of the items on that page also describe what each option controls.

Have been playing around with it, as it is something our users want. So have several people testing different photos, sizes, etc.
