Does the 7.6.1 download include the 7.6.1.1 patch? Or do you need to upgrade to 7.6.1 and then run the patch?

There is a readme file in the archive of each 7-6-x zip archive file which describes what's included inside the archive.

The second post of the 7.6.1 version discussion thread also provides answers regarding the release and the patch. You should skim through that whole thread, as it may contain other information which you could find useful.

The 7.6.1 install archive was refreshed 20180111 and includes all the patches. So if you've installed 7.6.1 and the control panel displays 6.7.1.1 as the version.number, you already have 7.6.1.1 patched. You're set to go.

The upgrade went smoothly and only took a few minutes. Thanks for making this software so easy to deal with. If anyone wants a nightmare, trying installing and configuring MediaWiki some time.
