My Facebook and Twitter share buttons quite working. I've cleared cookies and browser cache and board cash and nothing is helping. Suggestions?

I'm seeing the icons here at UBBCentral, so the coding in the forum software stock files still should work...

In order to troubleshoot we need basic information:
Forum URL?
UBB.threads version?
Any system changes that you're aware of?
Do you have any modifications to the stock files of your UBB.threads install?

Are you using tracking protection, a privacy setting, script, or plugin in your browser which would stop 3rd party (read: not from your site, such as Facebook in this case) coding from loading?

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
Do you need Forum Install or Upgrade Services?

There is really no reason for them not to show up. I disabled my ad blocker, Firefox is set to accept cookies including 3rd party cookies and they were cleared along with the cache in Firefox and my board so I'm really at a loss, especially since they had been working and now they aren't. Oh well, no big deal as I'm in FB jail once again.

Greg, if you have your Firefox TRACKING PROTECTION (in about:preferences#privacy ) set to "Always", then your browser will block Facebook,Twitter and other website APIs from tracking you. And will block their buttons from displaying. Confirm that you have the setting as "Only in private windows" (default setting) or "Never".

If after making the browser settings changes and you're still having issues, follow the directions previously posted in this thread by Gizmo -

Thanks. It was the tracking protection. Turned it off and the buttons showed up. Right now I can't use the FB one as I'm in FB jail for another day.
