UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Mail to administrators

I recently took over as administrator for an online discussion forum but I do not yet know how to change the address that registrants send email to. I can see the email address that emails FROM the board originate from.
If I change that address, will forum emails from members and applicants come to me instead?

The owner of the board won't upgrade from PHP Version 5.6.40 so please bear that in mind.

Forum Email Address
All emails being sent out will come from this address.

If you allow to get incoming emails in your email then if they reply it will be sent to that address.
