Here the fix wink

Open changebasic.inc.php in an editor and replace:

Code
copy($_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'], "{$config['UPLOADED_AVATAR_PATH']}/$Picturefile");
with:

Code
move_uploaded_file($_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'], "{$config['UPLOADED_AVATAR_PATH']}/$Picturefile");
