We've been using UBB for 15 years+, our fandom has been using it on other sites for a lot longer. I will admit that we have been on and off paying the yearly maintenance fee; however, we are currently paid up for this year.

I had to open a ticket a few weeks ago looking for help yet no one responded until I pushed for a response and that was how support responded to me every. single. time. I needed an update on the issue.

It got to the point a fellow admin or our site went through every file until he found the issue.

You've GOT to do better, especially for those who PAY for this service!

The vendor doesn't look at these user to user forums; here in the forums you generally end up talking with the www.ubbdev.com team which is a third party group which does not work for the vendor.

The vendor is the only user who provides support through the support desk; several of us offer 3rd party support (I'm available, for example, through my organization VNC Web Services, which is the company which operates both UBBDev and UBBWiki).
