We've been using UBB for 15 years+, our fandom has been using it on other sites for a lot longer. I will admit that we have been on and off paying the yearly maintenance fee; however, we are currently paid up for this year.
I had to open a ticket a few weeks ago looking for help yet no one responded until I pushed for a response and that was how support responded to me every. single. time. I needed an update on the issue.
It got to the point a fellow admin or our site went through every file until he found the issue.
You've GOT to do better, especially for those who PAY for this service!
