Hello,
I'm a new Admin for a new forum. Please be patient with me.
A) How do I create an HTML header to represent my group's identity at the top? I'm not a coder...
B) How do I create a piece of real estate below the header (or part of the header?) for my sponsors logos?

You can add HTML and CSS into the in the HTML Includes area, likely as a table or divs such as on this post
