Hi All,
After changing the email settings I am getting this error message when clicking the control panel tab.
Can someone assist with a fix please.
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in /home/xxxx/public_html/forum/admin/dashboard.php:173 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/xxxx/public_html/forum/admin/dashboard.php on line 173

The latest changes to the dashboard.php and doapproveusers.php pages can be found in this post; go ahead and see if this fixes your issue (all changes listed, including doapproveusers.php, are needed).

After making changes to the files in the post I am now getting this error message coming up. This page isn’t working www.outdoorking-forum.com.au is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 Would this be because I changed the email setting in the admin section before it all went haywire?

Sorry found the error that I made which was an extra { that I left when updating the file.
All seems good now.
