We have a troublesome poster who is constantly editing his posts to remove offensive material after which he claims to have done nothing wrong. The owners decided to put him in a group of one and limit his editing time. I made sure it was set to 1 minute and then tested it. It doesn't seem to work. I thought perhaps it was because he was a member of the user group. So, I removed him from it, but I still was able to edit after a minute had passed. I then set the time limit to zero. He could still edit. I changed it to -1, and it worked. He can no longer edit.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you solve it?
