I'm always puzzled which is the correct board to post on.

I am using UBBT version 8.0.1 and when using PHP 8.3.30 I get below error message with Gizmo's test file.
I wonder how shall I express it to my host how to change server settings?

Possible Problems
Possible problems have been detected, please see the individual messages below for more information.
The recommended PHP extension "exif_read_data" could not be found. This error is non-crucial, but iPhone users will be unable to auto rotate their images. Please see UBBDev Wiki: exif_read_data

In the meantime I have gone back to PHP 8.2.30 which works

Official support, here; modifications, beta testing, feature testing at UBBDev.

Most of the items listed as problems/potential problems are web server configuration items or additional modules that should be standardized; for example the exif_read_data is a PHP Module which in your case was disabled, usually only the web host itself can change these settings but some control panels allow you to edit some of your PHP configuration settings.
