UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support New Users Can't Register

I was testing my new 6.1.1 installation today and discovered that when I tried to register as a new user nothing happens. I can log on/off as admin OK. I cleared my IE 6.0 cookies with no effect. This function was working yesterday, because we added another admin user and some test users. I've looked at my config settings and they appear OK. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Expand on "nothing happens".....

Is the new user screen blank.... or do you get to complete the new user page?

The new user registration form appears in full, but nothing happens when the boxes are filled in and the submit button is clicked. I discovered that when I deleted the entry in the Board Rules header, the new user registration began working properly. I re-entered the header and tested again, and it still worked OK. My conclusion is that something in the original header caused the problem.
