What about a drop down search box as seen on other forums, going to that advanced search page by default can be very overwhelming for the new user.... any thoughts?

'eh so long as you can right click in the textbox to paste unlike others... In other products when right clicking in the search box from the "magical dropdown" the dropdown dissapears :/

Well I'm often holding a baby while being online, so both hands when surfing the internet is a luxury that i don't have all the time lol

On this subject - it would be nice to have a search drop-down box to search an individual forum that one might be on.
