UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support No one can add a new post?

We are using 5.4.4 php. Starting a few days ago, no one can add any new post anymore. This problem affects every user. The message after attempting a new post states that

"We encountered a problem. The reason reported was: "All of the required fields are not filled in. This is not necessarily an error. If you feel this is an error then it could be something as simple as your browser not being set to accept cookies. If you feel this error is a problem with the server then please contact [email protected] and let us know what exactly went wrong so it can be fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise, please use your back button to return to the previous page."

There is no problem with fields not filled in, cookie setting or server problem as far as we know since this problem affects every user. What are the possible solutions to resolve this?

Did php recently get upgraded on your server? If so, then it's possible that safe mode is turned on but file attachments are enabled for the forums. If you disable file attachments it should allow posting.

Thanks Rick! Disabling the attachment feature did allow adding new posts. However I would like to keep the attachment feature. How can I do that?

You will need to ask your host to move PhP out of "Safe Mode".
