Well, not really, but we have someone who ranks everyone at a 1 star. What is the mysql command to see who all voted for people.... there was one in the old 6.0 would the 7.0 differ?

This should give you the user id:

select RATING_RATER,RATING_VALUE from ubbt_RATINGS where RATING_TYPE='u'
