When someone post a question or register a username, In the IP section I just see the IP adress 127.0.0.1 all the time. What shall I do to see each users different IP adress??

It sounds like the webserver isn't getting the proper IP addresses of the remote host and it is just reporting the local IP. The scripts just use the browsers enviroment variable for REMOTE_IP and store it. Is there anything special about your network setup?
