I'm looking for a solution or a program or whatever.

I run a UBB Threads forum and also have HTML web pages for other parts of the site. I tend to find I don't update the HTML parts regularly enough as it is a pain to modify the pges and then update them. I thend to just use the forums as it is much easier to make new posts and change info there in UBB Threads.

But what I would like is a program or solution which allows me to create pages without having to do a lot of HTML etc uploading straight to the ISP server. But much better formating, look and presentation than the UBBThreads gives, BUT integrated into threads as much as possible - eg log-ins, private messaging etc etc.


I also have a PhotoPost licence but have never set the photo forum up but it would be good for the whole lot could be integrated.

Anyone know of a MySQL product that allows this securely and also easily.

To solve your first part, you need a threads "wrapper", and corresponding template. For the second part you need to edit pp to work with threads.

Have you modified files/scripts before?

I wrote the Photopost Integration. You can install your Photopost and then apply this hack I made to do what you want to Photopost
