is this possible in threads? so far it doesn't seem like it. if not, why not, and please move to "feature suggestions"

Admins see hidden users. Hidden users have an (I) next to their name to indicate invisible.

Ah, I see. Guess not enough users are in my who's online right now for me to tell. I thought that all the "Anonymous Users" were the hidden ones as some of the locations say stuff like "viewing a user's profile" and "viewing their 'My Home'" and other stuff that I thought was registered user-specific (how is it that these 'anonymous users' are able to see this stuff anyway since my board IS closed to non-registered users anyway?)

Who's online is based off of the script they are looking at. Bots and Search Engine spiders will crawl every link on your site, so often if you have alot of anonymous users in wierd locations, that's why.

They don't really see those things if they aren't logged in.... they see a "you must be logged in" kind of error message.
