Hi,

we introduced a new chat for our members, but of course after they entered the chat room once; the posting icon changes to "read" Is there an easy way to keep this icon "unread"

Not sure I follow - that's normal behavior.
It will illuminate as "new" if the user has unread posts in that forum.

If they visit that forum, it will track individual posts during the visit, however, on the next browser session, whatever they didn't read before would be marked as read.

It'll light up again when there are new posts.

I know it's normal behaviour, but since this a chat room, I prefer to have the icon as "unread" because obviously there will be new things to read in the forum(chat that is)
