For some reason after I have created my Admin account, every time I click on a link to start using my account, the BBS logs me out. I even created a new account and this happens every time. Any ideas?

I looked at my BBS again and it says that there are no registered users. It's as if my database is not storing the info.

I just tried this in Netscape and it did not work there as well. The first thing I do after I login is to click on the EDIT button for "Personal information, email, password, etc."

When I click on this I get a message stating, "We cannot proceed. Login Name/Password not found. Please use your back button to return to the previous page."

Yeah, I see that you have 0 users.

If you want someone to check it personally - you'll have to open a ticket.

I can't think of anything else to check.

Someone from Infopop will look at it tomorrow I'm sure. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Very odd.

One follow up question - does the MySQL user using the database have INSERT privledges?

Are there any errors at all when you register?

I'm not sure about the INSERT priviledges. I just created a mySQL db from the control panel that my web host provides.

There were no errors when I registered. I did put literal strings in the install when I installed the program. I think that I left the DOMAIN field blank because for some reason the program would double the data there. For instance it would show that the domain was:

http://www.jacksonampworks.comhttp://www.jacksonampworks.com

That was weird so I left it blank and everything passed so I think the BBS is seeing what it needs to see. Obviously it's working, but the data is not being stored or is being lost.

I'll let you know what happens.
