My upgrade went well and everything seems to be working normal. I did run into one problem, when I goto my home and try to edit my settings I get the following error:

You have a column missing from your DB, i.e. your database has a misformatted table. A field is missing. Did you run all the altertables, and did they complete successfully?

I ran the upgrade.php script from the install directory, I tried to manually run the altertable-6.5.php but it said This script must be called through the upgrade area..

What version were you running previously? That field should have been added when upgrading from 6.4 to 6.4.1. You should be able to run the following sql command to fix:

ALTER TABLE w3t_Users
ADD U_ProfileHash VARCHAR(32)

Rick, I was running 6.4 and the sql command fixed it..
